Students who have not applied for first-year junior college (FYJC) admissions so far can fill the online forms by 5pm on Tuesday.
The education department will keep the application link open for the students left out of the admission process,so that they can apply in the second round, which starts on Thursday.
All admissions to FYJC seats will happen through the online process this year, according to the Bombay high court orders.
Even for admissions to in-house quota, minority and management quota seats, students need to sign up online.
Those who do not apply or register online will remain without a seat and stand to lose an academic year.
First-time applicants must fill both part 1 and 2 forms available on the admissions website.
The login ID is printed in admission manuals available in schools or at guidance centres.
Those who have already filled the forms can also change their preferences or stream .
