The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a notification for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2020. The detailed notification is released on December 3, 2019 on the SSC official website.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the SSC CHSL examination from December 3, 2019 onward through the SSC official website - ssc.nic.in. The application process will continue up to January 10, 2020.
The Commission will hold the Tier-1 CHSL examination 2019 in Computer Based Mode (CBT) for recruitment to the posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Data Entry Operator, Grade "A" in different ministries/ Departments/ Offices of government of India and their attached and subordinate offices tentatively during the period from March 16, 2020 to March 27, 2020.

Candidates are advised to check the details like age-limit, reservation, age-relaxation, educational qualifications, examination scheme, payment of fee and other details in the detailed notification. The SSC CHSL Tier-II examination (Descriptive Paper) will be conducted on June 28, 2020.
SSC CHSL 2020: Pay Scale
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Pay Band -1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 1900 (pre-revised).
Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA): Pay Band -1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 2400 (pre-revised).
Data Entry Operator (DEO): Pay Band-1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 2400 (pre-revised) and
Data Entry Operator, Grade "A": Pay Band-1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 2400 (pre-revised).
SSC CHSL 2020: Age Limit (as on January 1, 2020)
Age limit for the posts is 18-27 years. (i.e. Candidates born not before January 2, 1993 and not later than January 1, 2002).
Permissible relaxation in upper age limit for different categories are as under
