SSC CGL 2020 Exam Analysis

The Staff Selection Commission has flagged the CGL recruitment process by successful conduction of the SSC CGL Tier 1 examination 2020 across the country.

The first day, the first shift of the SSC CGL Tier I examination was scheduled from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

A total of 100 questions were asked for 200 marks with an overall difficulty level of “Easy to Moderate”. Students going to appear in the upcoming shifts must go through the detailed analysis shared below to build up a strategy and attempt the paper wisely.

Highlights of SSC CGL 2020 Tier 1 Examination

  1. The examination is conducted in an online mode across the country.
  2. The General Intelligence and Reasoning section was of moderate level.
  3. Quantitative Aptitude included easy and but calculative questions which were doable in nature.
  4. English section was also easy with time-saving questions.
  5. General Awareness was also easy and questions can be attempted within a less frame of time if prepared well.
  6. However, the Tier 1 examination is of qualifying in nature.
