NEET Admit Card 2019

NEET Admit Card 2019 - National Testing Agency (NTA) will issue the NEET 2019 admit card on April 15, 2019 (Tentative) in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in. To download admit card of NEET 2019,  candidates can use the official link provided in this page. Candidates must login and enter their NEET application number, date of birth and security pin to download their NTA NEET Admit Card 2019. After downloading the NEET 2019 admit card, candidates will also receive an email with their NEET admit card attached. Once candidates download the NEET 2019 hall ticket, they must go through the details printed on it such as name, roll number, exam date and time, exam centre details etc to see if they are correct. Know the steps to download the admit card of NEET 2019 below along with important exam day guidelines and the prescribed NEET dress code.

Note: Remember to carry a valid photo ID along with a photograph and the NEET admit card 2019 while appearing for the exam else entry to the exam will be restricted. It is advisable to take at least two to three printouts for future reference and further admission process. NEET exam will be conducted on May 5, 2019 in pen and paper mode.

How to download NEET Admit Card 2019?

The step-by-step procedure to download the admit card of NEET 2019 is as follows.

Step 1: Click on the "Download NEET admit card 2019" link given on this page.

Step 2: Enter Application/Registration number, date of birth, and security pin (as mentioned in the image below) and then click on the ‘submit’ button.

Step 3: Click and download the NEET admit card in the PDF format by clicking on ‘Print’ and then save it as PDF.

Step 4: A printout of the admit card of NEET 2019 can also be taken out by simply clicking on the ‘Print’ button.

Important: NTA will also email the NEET 2019 admit card to the registered email ID of the candidates after it is downloaded by the candidates. Candidates are advised to keep this safe and avoid deleting the email. It will be useful in case candidates require more copies of the NEET admit card during the admission process.

What if NEET 2019 admit card is lost?

If you have lost the NEET admit card, then check the emails received from NTA after April 15. Since NTA will have mailed you a copy of your admit card of NEET 2019, you can download it and use it.

Note: Candidates must not sign on the space provided on the NEET 2019 admit card as that has to be done in the exam hall in the presence of the invigilator.

What are the documents to carry with NEET Admit Card 2019?

It is mandatory for candidates to carry the following documents to the exam centre along with the admit card of NEET 2019. These documents will be verified on the exam day. Candidates failing to carry these will not be allowed to write the exam.

  • One passport size photograph (same as uploaded while filling the NEET application form)
  • Any one authorized photo ID - PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card (with photograph)/Ration Card or any other valid IDs issued by the government.
  • PwD certificate issued by the competent authority, only for PwD candidates

No access to Internet - how to get NEET admit card 2019?

Candidates who don't have the internet facility can go to the nearest Common Services Centres (CSC) to download their NEET 2019 admit card. More than 2.4 lakh CSCs across India are available for aspirants to download the admit card. NEET Admit Card 2019 – Exam Day Guidelines

NEET 2019 admit card will mention important instructions which must be strictly followed by candidates at the exam hall during the test. Candidates can check the important NEET 2019 exam day guidelines below.

  • Don't carry barred Items: Candidates are not allowed to carry electronic devices, stationery items, watches, jewellery, eatables to the exam hall. Candidates will also not be allowed to carry a pen/pencil inside the exam hall. This will be provided by the authorities.

  • Carry NEET admit card and other documents: All candidates must show their NEET UG hall ticket 2019 to enter the examination hall. Anyone who will not possess the admit card will not be admitted to take the NEET entrance exam. During the exam, the invigilator will check the NTA NEET 2019 admit card of a candidate to ascertain their identity. The invigilator will also sign the answer sheet and attendance sheet. Candidates will have to submit a passport size photograph that will be pasted on the attendance sheet.

  • Follow the prescribed NEET 2019 dress code: Since candidates have to adhere to the prescribed NTA NEET dress code announced by the authorities, they should check it. The dress code for NEET mentions the type of clothes to wear, if jewellery is allowed and other items that are not allowed like sun glasses, big buttons, shoes. long sleeved clothes and more... 

  • Visit the exam centre a day before: To avoid getting to the exam hall late or missing the exam, it is prudent for candidates to visit the exam centre of NEET 2019 a day in advance to estimate the time required, and the means to reach there. The address of the exam centre is mentioned on the NEET 2019 admit card so it should be easy to figure the route to take on the exam day.

  • Start early and reach the exam centre on time: Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre on time as there will be frisking, bio-metric verification of candidates. No candidate will be allowed entry after 01:30 pm as mentioned in the admit card of NEET 2019.

  • Sign the attendance sheet: NEET test takers must sign twice on the attendance sheet; first after the exam commences and second on the answer sheet of NEET. Candidates will have to out their finger impressions in the space provided on the sheet.

  • Avoid meddling with NEET 2019 admit card: The manipulation and fabrication of the hall ticket is not permitted. Also, affixing or uploading the morphed photograph on the admit card is also not allowed. Candidates found involved in any such unfair activities would be barred for three years, shall be liable for criminal action.

  • Read and follow instructions about test booklet and other material: The detailed guidelines regarding the test booklet, OMR answer sheet and marking responses are available in the information brochure in detail. After downloading the NEET admit card, candidates should go through them.

  • Don't leave till the exam concludes: Aspirants should note that they will not be allowed to leave their seat until the exam concludes. Candidates should not leave the room/hall without handing over the OMR sheet to the invigilator.

  • Know rules about rough work: All rough work should be done in the NEET test booklet only. Students should not do any rough work or put any stray mark on the NEET OMR sheet 2019 or even the admit card of NEET.

  • Know what will be provided at exam centre: The sheet for rough work and a blue/black ball point pen will be provided at the examination centre by the authorities. 

  • Ensure signature of parent on NEET admit card: It is mandatory for parents to sign on NEET 2019 admit card as an undertaking that they will ensure compliance of NEET exam rules. So ensure that it is in place before you go to the exam hall.

  • Don't sign on the space provided for candidate's signature: This has to be done in the exam hall in front of the invigilator.  So candidates are advised not to put the signature at home or any place except in the exam hall when the invigilator is watching the same.

Aspirants must note that NEET UG exam will be conducted for three hours from 2 to 5 pm. The gates at the exam centres will open two hours before the commencement of NEET 2019 exam and entry will close half an hour before the exam starts. After the exam concludes, candidates can refer to the NEET 2019 answer key that will be released by leading coaching centres like Aakash, Allen Kota, Resonance, Entrance360 etc. They can calculate their probable scores by comparing their answers with the ones given in the answer key of NEET. 

Candidates at this point of time are advised to safe guard their NEET 2019 admit card as it will be required during counselling and admission process.
