Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) has invited online applications for the recruitment of Assistant Engineers, and Assistant Administrative Officers (Specialist) on its official website.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the positions online at licindia.in on or before March 15, 2020.
The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 218 vacancies of Assistant Engineers, and Assistant Administrative Officers (Specialist) at LIC India. Out of which, 50 vacancies are for Assistant Engineers, and 168 for Assistant Administrative Officers (Specialist).
The online preliminary examination is tentatively scheduled to be conducted on April 4, 2020, at various centres. The admit card for the Online Preliminary Examination will be available to download from March 27 to April 4, 2020.
Application fee:
Candidates belonging to the general category are required to pay an application fee of Rs 700, while for SC/ST/ PwBD applicants, the registration fee is Rs 85.
Candidates will have to make the payment of Application Fees/Intimation Charges through the On-Line Mode only.
Age limit:
A candidate’s minimum age shall be 21 years (completed) as on February 1, 2020, while the maximum age shall not be more than 30 years (candidates must have been born not earlier than February 2, 1990, and not later than February 1, 1999, both days inclusive only are eligible.)
Educational qualification:
OR
Post Graduate Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s degree level
OR
Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor’s degree level.
• For AAO (IT): Graduation degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT or Electronics), or MCA or MSC (Computer Science) from a recognized Indian University/ Institution.
