KIAMS’ two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management is devised to encourage students to go beyond their constraints and reshape their boundaries to achieve excellence in business.

The resources and competencies developed for the managerial training are extended by the institute to the students of the Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programme (PGDM).

KIAMS offers a two year fully residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management with the state-of-the-art learning environment and top-of-the-line facilities. The programme involves decision making with consequent results in every aspect of a student's life to train and develop managers for the next millennium. The two year period prepares the students with pedagogies like experiential learning, case study approach, business simulations and more.

The eligibility criteria for the programme are as follows:
A bachelor's degree (10+2+3 OR 10+2+4) in any discipline from a recognized university, with not less than 60% overall aggregate marks. Students appearing for the final year examination may also apply.

Additionally, a caution deposit of Rs. 10,000 will have to be paid with first term fees which will be refunded, after adjustments for dues, when the student leaves the course.

Scholarship to Meritorious Students
A scholarship is awarded to the meritorious students as follows:

• Students from CAT/ XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT entrance exams having 95 percentile and above are eligible for a concession of Rs. 1,00,000/- in the total course fee.
• Students from CAT/ XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT entrance exams having percentile between 90 and 95 are eligible for a concession of ₹ 60,000/- in the total course fee.

The concession will be applied from the sixth installment of the fees and will be linked to the academic and behavioral performance during the PGDM course. It will be disbursed as follows:

• Those eligible for Rs.1,00,000/- concession will receive a rebate in the sixth installment provided the previous 3 semesters’ GPA/CGPA is 3.20 for batch 2017-19 and 7.20 for batch 2018-20.
• Those eligible for ₹ 60,000/- concession will receive a rebate in the sixth instalment provided the previous 3 semesters’ GPA/CGPA is 2.85 for batch 2017-19 and 6.4125 for batch 2018-20.
