Admission Details:

S. B. Patil College of Architecture & Design is managed by Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust, a registered society with aim of promoting quality technical education in and around Pune. The trust has completed 25 years of dedicated services in technical education and runs seven institutions in three campuses at Nigdi, Ravet and Indapur.S. B. Patil College of Architecture & Design was started in 2014 at its Nigdi (Akurdi) Campus and is presently run in the building of S. B. Patil Institute of Management. The College is approved by Council of Architecture, Directorate of technical Education, Government of Maharashtra, and is affiliated to Savtribai Phule Pune University. The institute running full time five year degree course in architecture, is supported by a team of well qualified and dedicated full time faculty and practicing architects and engineers as visiting faculty.The new college building is planned in the same campus with around 1000 square metres floor area, and on its completion will house expansion of the college in terms of more batches and more courses in the field of architecture and design.

With the intake of 80 students, the college manages both the batches independently in terms of studios, lecture halls, and faculty, with academic freedom for innovation and experiments within the curricular framework stipulated by the University. The infrastructure includes six studios, three classrooms all equipped with LCD projectors, workshop, computer lab, and sessional submission room. The college insists on regular submission of class / studio work done by students with periodic and transparent assessment system.

B.ARCH ADMISSION CRITERIA –

Admission to the First year of B. Arch Course.

Candidates having the following eligibility –

1. Passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination; (those appearing the 10+2 exam with PCM subjects in the current year may also provisionally appear in the exam, however, their result in NATA will be declared valid subject to fulfilling the above criteria).

2. 10+3 diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Candidates must have a valid NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score conducted by Council of Architecture (COA) or equivalent with above eligibility criteria or JEE Mains Paper II.

Candidates may note that no direct lateral admission is allowed at any other year/stage of B.Arch. course based on any qualification.

NATA TEST DATES are as follows-

The First Test will be held on 14.04.2019 and the Second Test is scheduled to be held on 07.07.2019.
